Place your order in one of 4 ways:   Secure ordering with your Master Card, Visa, Discover or any other card through PayPal using our new Mal's e-commerce shopping cart. You no longer need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal as a payment option! Email your order to order@simplefolk.com. We'll confirm your order with tax (Maine residents only) and shipping charges where applicable. You can then choose to pay by check (allow time for checks to clear), money order, or your MasterCard or Visa by phone (Protect yourself from identity theft! Please don't send credit card information via email!). We can also send you a PayPal invoice if you prefer. Order by mail using the Printable Order Form (click on button below). Please include 15% of the order total for shipping and handling. Maine residents also add 5% sales tax. If paying by check, please allow time for checks to clear. You may now also pay using your MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Please make sure you provide your complete billing address, credit card # and expiration date on the Printable Order form.
